Assistant Account Manager

Job Purpose
The Assistant Account Manager main responsibility is to handle administrative duties for accounts, including follow-ups with customers. He/she is responsible to provide day-to-day support to account manager. Additionally, He/she will serve as the main internal point of contact for all projects to which they are assigned, managing daily operations for these specific customers, programs, and products. His day-to-day responsibilities also include management and administration tasks related to customer contracts.

1. Proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role
2. Experience with CRM software
3. Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
4. Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
5. Effective presentation and negotiation skills
6. High degree of professionalism
7. Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
8. BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
9. 3- 5 years of experience
10. Ability to work both independently and within a team
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Below is a list of material responsibilities and essentials duties which must be completed to achieve the objectives of this position.
1. Solicits and maintains contact with current accounts.
2. Resolves customer problems, recommends modifications to products/services, and coordinates sales negotiation between customers and organization.
3. Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)
4. Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
5. Provide after-sales support to retain customers
6. Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
7. Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
8. Report on the status of accounts
9. Update all the Service provided to the client and forward to Finance Department.
10. Coordinate with Account Manager to create customized sales plans for key clients
11. Track policy changes and obtain renewal data from clients
