Job Purpose
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent. This role involves collaborating with account managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. He/she will be crucial in supporting the company's growth by identifying and securing top talent aligned with the organization's goals and values associated with the client's satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Knowledge of local employment laws, equal employment opportunity standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with the industry’s talent landscape, competitive hiring trends, and critical skill requirements for roles within the sector.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), as well as other recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Understanding of employer branding strategies and how to enhance candidate experience during the hiring process.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Operations

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Leverage job boards, online platforms, and professional networks to source and engage potential candidates.

Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate whether the candidate fits the role and the company culture.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with the clients and ensure timely follow-up.

Assist in developing job descriptions, role requirements, and job advertisements in alignment with department needs.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with timely updates and answering any questions.

Collect candidate feedback and use it to continuously improve the recruitment experience.

Provide the account managers and the clients with regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.

Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers on preparing offer letters and extending offers to selected candidates.

Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Maintain records of new hires and ensure they receive necessary onboarding documents and information.

Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and interview outcomes in the recruitment system (SAP).

Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.

Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards.

Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

- 5 years experience in the same or related field
Education & Certificates
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related area is required
